Torus’ Growth & Partnerships team explores a spectrum new-build opportunities – working with landowners, developers, housebuilders and local authorities alike to build new homes and communities.
The wider Torus Development team focuses on land and works packages with contractors and the delivery of our existing sites; Growth & Partnerships looks at alternative deals.

Requirements
Geography: our activities only cover the following 11 Local Authority Areas: Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens, Sefton, Wirral, Knowsley, West Lancashire, Halton, Wigan, Cheshire West and Cheshire East
Size: The minimum number of homes on one site is 30. There is no maximum.
Status: Sites can have planning or not, but we are particularly keen to hear from parties who already have planning in place and are ready to start works on site.

Off the shelf homes with house builders
