The first site started following the Coronavirus pandemic, Brookside Close showed Torus Developments commitment to reinvest in the local community and supply chain, offering long-term support and investment into the areas we build in.

Marking an important step in investing in the economic recovery of the local area and wider Merseyside region, Brookside Close saw 24 new build homes created – all available via Affordable Rent – and actively bolstered access to high quality affordable housing options in Knowsley.
