Frog Lane

The first residential scheme Torus Developments has built in Wigan, Frog Lane, has seen Torus Developments work with key strategic partners to bolster access to affordable housing options in the area.

Building 60 new homes – all available via Affordable Rent – Frog Lane will bring a number of homes to Wigan that offer a mix of tenures and products to local people. By building schemes with a number of affordable options, we are actively collaborating with partners to address the national housing crisis and create homes and developments that meet the needs of the communities we are building in.
