Background

Taking a lead in the regeneration of the Ten Streets area of Liverpool City Centre, Hartley Locks sits on the edge of the listed Stanley Flight Canal Docks.

Being developed to celebrate the city’s iconic maritime heritage and breathe new life into a derelict site, the scheme will see 185 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments built, all available via Rent to Buy, as well as 10 houses available via Shared Ownership, and will provide affordable housing solutions in a prime location.

As a key investor in North Liverpool, Hartley Locks marks Torus’ biggest investment in the region to date and will see a key location converted into a unique residential and commercial development.
