Background

The third extensive refurbishment project Torus Developments has undertaken, the team will completely renovate the former Newton Community Hospital and create 8 apartments; 3 2-bedroom and 5 2-bedroom.

Further expanding the site, Torus Developments also has planning permission to build a brand-new apartment block which will see a further 31 apartments built.

Extensive consultation has shown that this development is welcomed by the community and local stakeholders and the team is excited to see Newton Community Hospital once again positively contribute to the local community.
