Background
The third extensive refurbishment project Torus Developments undertook, the team completely renovated the former Newton Community Hospital and created 8 apartments; 3 2-bedroom and 5 2-bedroom.
Further expanding the site, Torus Developments also built a brand-new apartment block containing a further 31 apartments.
This development has been welcomed by the community and local stakeholders and the team is excited to see Newton Community Hospital once again positively contribute to the local community.
