Torus’ first ever carbon neutral development, Oakdale Road utilised modular construction to build a sustainable 8-unit scheme in Wallasey.

Incorporating PV Solar Roof Panels and an Air Source Heat Pump, all bungalows have an EPC rating of ‘A’, seeing the development actively contribute to reducing residents’ energy bills and ultimately cost of living – which has never been more important.

Completed in less than a year, Oakdale Road highlights the importance of utilising less traditional methods of construction to regenerate disused sites to create high quality, modern homes quickly.
