Background

Working closely with local stakeholders, Torus Developments undertook the complete regeneration of the Railway Hotel site in Newton-le-Willows.

Demolishing the existing building to create 15 new homes – all of which were available via Affordable Rent – in a central location, this scheme highlighted Torus Developments commitment to true regeneration and working with existing assets to create unique schemes which are truly embedded into the fabric of the local area.
